Boiled down in a wood-fired oven, on location in the South Algonquin region of Northern Ontario, then poured into previously used Bourbon* infused oak barrels to age…just long enough to add a unique smokey, smooth, sweet finish to the best Maple Syrup in the world; there’s nothing else like it!

While this is great on the typical food items like pancakes or waffles, it excels as a glaze for ribs, chicken, game meats – on its own or add to any sauce, dressing or drink mix as the sweet component!
